Do I need to register an account to shop?
You need to have a registered account with us to place an order. This helps to create a more convenient shopping experience for you.
I am unable to log into my account, what should I do?
Fret not, just follow the following steps:
If you have just recently created an account, kindly wait for your verification email before you start shopping (within 1-2 days);
Check that the email that you have entered is registered for an account with us;

Are the items I have added in to my shopping cart reserved?
No, they are not. Therefore, please complete your purchase as soon as possible to secure the items. Remember to make payment within 24 hours after placing order!
What size should I get for my child?
Kindly refer to the individual size chart for each item in its product page.
Find a shirt that fits well on your child.
Button up the shirt (if any) and spread it out on a flat, hard surface. Be sure to smooth the fabric out so that there are no wrinkles!
Place the measuring tape at the top of the seam, just below the armpits, and measure across to the same point on the other side of the shirt. Round up to the nearest whole number and record down this measurement.
Find a pair of bottom that does not have an elastic waistband which fits well on your child.
Button up/buckle the bottom (if any) and spread it out on a flat, hard surface. Be sure to smooth the fabric out so that there are no wrinkles!
Place the measuring tape at the waist and measure from one side to the other. Round up to the nearest whole number and record down this measurement.
I can't find the size I want for my child, what should I do?
Can I make amendments/cancel my order after placing an order?
Amendments or cancellations are not allowed once your order is placed. We strive to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, so orders are packed and dispatched as soon as payment confirmation has been made.
Do I have to make my payment immediately after placing an order?
We definitely recommend you to do so as payment for all online orders have to be made within 24 hours upon placing the orders. All orders will be on hold until payment has been received.
Delivery & Exchanges
What are the delivery charges and when will I receive my order?
Delivery fee is flat at $6 per online order for orders below SGD 250. Additional charges will be applied for orders exceeding SGD 250. Orders will typically take about 10-14 working days after payment is confirmed. Kindly wait patiently for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
Can I receive my order tomorrow if I placed an order today?
No, online orders will be processed and dispatched within 10-14 days after payment is received.
Are there any restricted zones that you do not deliver to?
We only deliver to residential addresses within the main island of Singapore and do not deliver to places such as army camps, hotels, Jurong Island etc.
I just realised my delivery address is wrong! How do I change my delivery information?
You will not be able to change the information on your end once an order is made. Please drop us an email immediately during our operating hours and we will try our best to help.
Can I place an online order and collect it at your store?
We do not offer self-collection at our store for online orders. All online orders will be delivered to the residential address provided by you once the order and payment are processed.
Can I choose my preferred delivery day and time?
No, you are unable to do that. Once an order and payment are processed, we will dispatch the order out as soon as possible which will be delivered from Monday - Saturday by our delivery partner. Kindly wait patiently for your order to be delivered.
I have received a defective/wrong item, what should I do?
We are deeply sorry for the mistake! Kindly drop us an email at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery with the following information:

I have received my order but I realised I bought the wrong items/sizes, can I do an exchange?
Yes, you can do an exchange provided that the product(s) fulfils the following conditions:
Product(s) sold are exchangeable within 7 days of purchase
Product(s) must be in orignal condition with its original packaging, i.e. not worn, not washed, not altered, not ironed, not stained, labels intact. *Socks are not exchangeable due to hygiene purposes even if it is not opened/worn.
Original receipt must be presented
Can I get a refund instead of exchanging the product(s)?
No, all product(s) sold are strictly non-refundable. Please review your shopping cart and all details before checking out so that you will get your required items correctly.
What are the payment options available?
For online orders, we only accept PayNow. We are exploring more options to serve you better.
What currency do you accept for payment? Are the prices inclusive of GST?
We only accept payments in Singapore Dollar (SGD). All prices indicated on our website are in SGD and are net prices, i.e. inclusive of GST. Therefore you pay what you see!
Are Back-to-School Vouchers accepted as a form of payment?
Yes, we do accept Back-to-School Vouchers. However, this form of payment is only accepted for purchases made in our store and is unavailable for online purchases.
